Firstly, as of right now, there is a limit on the amount of Combat or Profession Style Points that any one character can have. That number is 14. Under no circumstance can that be changed. [IE: If a gift is given and you have 14 already, you cannot obtain the Gift CS and etc.]

It has been brought to staff's attention that things like this may be occurring on the site. If you are found to be doing this at all, the punishment will fit the crime. Basically, if you wish to take outside knowledge and circumstances affect the way that you RP and the actions that your characters take, we will take your outside actions and punish your character. Punishments include, but definitely are not limited to Experience Penalties [And yes, you can wind up with a negative amount of Exp], Loss of Character Ranking, Loss of Jutsu, Loss of Character.

Because of the abusive nature of the system and the fact that it has become too much of an emphasis for users on the site, the system is being put on FREEZE. This means that until further notice, there will not be any more approving of any Development Tokens nor any of the gifts/prizes that can be claimed along with them. Usage of already purchased items are also suspended unless they apply directly to the character, such as Combat styles.

Please do not ask how long it will take because we do not plan to bring it back any earlier than June when we figure out how to bring the Development token's original meaning back into the site.
