Mine are:
Lulu from FFX: I thought she was just interesting and very different from the rest of the party. Her character design was neat also. I'm excited to see her in the HD remake.
Tira from Soul Calibur: She is neat and I seem to always find my self liking the some what crazy characters in games, manga, and movies. I just wish the Soul Calibur games had more development. /:
Bayonetta and Jeanne from Bayonetta: I say both of them because I some what see them as a pair, due to their history. I'm pumped for the second Bayonetta. :]
