Closest look I could get to what Fenrir looks like but not completely.

Based off the mythology of 'Direwolves',direwolves were known as 'wolflords' who were claimed to lord over normal wolf kind, direwolves are said to be created by Artemis, the goddess of hunting and the wilderness. The Goddess created the direwolves to lead the normal wolves.Direwolves are said to be very larger than the average wolf, since they're claimed to be the size of a pony with fur so dark that they seem to blend in the shadows very well with only their glowing red eyes to pierce through the dark.

Direwolves are relentless, fast and strong with powerful claws and teeth that can rip prey into shreads in a matter of seconds. Direwolves were often mistakened or assosiated with hellhounds due to their appearance and their reputation for having a insatiable bloodlust.

Fenrir was said to be a direwolf, a gigantic creature who was proclaimed to be the son of Loki. This is of course is a legend and Fenrir himself doesn't confirm this, merely saying that humans have a interesting imagination much to Saku's irritation. Fenrir, oddly enough does not have dark fur, he have white fur with crimson almost tribal markings around his body whose size is comparable to that of Gamabunta, except his width is obviously longer. He have curved ram horns spouting out from behind his ears and razar sharp teeth along with claws that could crush houses, he towers of trees and most rock formations like Gamabunta. On his face have have red marks around his eyes and his eyes have a distinctive red glow to them with black rings around the pupils. He sports a white mane around his head similar to that of a lion with some of the mane loosely tied up by gold rings. Around his ankles are gold chains, said to be placed on him by the Gods where he was damned to stay chained to a rock until doomday where, according to the legends, he would break out of his bonds, take on the Gods and shallow the sun. On his face he wears a golden face mask, apparently some sort of armour. He also have three tails the size of his torso.

Personality: Fenrir is apathetic creatuer, who bear little love for the humans since he sees them as ants. Fenrir is wise and confident in his skills however he isn't arrogant enough to assume he is invincible, he knows he have limits and weaknesses. He is calm creature however he have a knack for getting irritated easily. Fenrir is vicious when it comes to fighting, he doesn't have the capacity for mercy. He have a prideful nature, which is why he killed his former wanna-a-be summonors, all have failed his test to test their worth to summon him except for two. He only takes orders from those who have won his respect. His relationship with Sakumo is a love/hate relationship, on one hand he dislikes taking orders from a "child of man", on another hand he finds the boy amusing and entertaining enough to tolerate being summoned. He quite mysterious, not really the chatty type and just gets down to business straight away. Like a true wolf, he is cunning and have the ability to adapt to any situation like Sakumo.

Abilities:

Fenrir have a powerful jaw, strong enough to break a bone once he bites something, his bite is not much different from normal wolves only stronger because wolves can break bones as well in some cases.

True to its element, Fenrir have incredibly fast speed, able to reach 100 MPH at its max speed, however it takes a while to reach this max speed, about three posts.

His lightning attacks can become more stronger in the presence of natural lightning, however the ability to use natural lightning with his own can only happen once per battle, for only one jutsu.

Description: A jutsu that requires Fenrir to mould chakra into one giant ball, the ball is about a third larger than his size. Once the ball is complete he unlease towards its opponent, the ball travels in a liner path at 210 MPH, however the weakness of this jutsu is that in order to use its full power Fenrir needs to be far away from his enemy, he can still use the jutsu at close range but its full power will be severely weaker due to the distance but using a close range ball requires less chakra but its speed and power depends on the size of the bomb, Fenrir only have enough Chakra to use the full strength of the jutsu three times. The ball damages anything in its path and once it made contact a large explosion will occur, but for a weak bomb only a minor explosion will occur.

Weaknesses:

No defence whatsoever, save for the mask on his face so he can take large amount of damage but he makes up for his lack of defence by using his speed.

Extra tails have no function, Fenrir does however use it to stop a limb from attacking him, sort of a countermeasure due to his lack of defence.

High Chakra consumption, difficult to maintain.

Prone to going berserk, once he does shit gets real however Fenrir forgets for a moment who he his summoner is and may kill Sakumo by accident.

Can only be summoned once, if he summoned twice he will ignore orders but Sakumo doesn't have the chakra to summon Fenrir twice anyway.

Fenrir is vulnerable to wind-element attacks due to his lightning nature.

If you cut off his horns, he will progressively get weaker and if you cut off the head he will disappear instantly

Name: Raiju, the thunderbeast

Raiju is a legendary creature of japanese mythlogy, said to the companion of Raijin, the god of thunder. Raijin is summoned in the form of a blue and white wolf, with lightning like markings around his body, his eyes are sapphire but the pupils are slits. Raiju is twice the side of a normal wolf.

Raiju is generally calm and harmless, however if he perceives something as a threat to his master he will attack without hesitation. Raiju is loyal and Sakumo and rarely leaves his side, when summoned he will fight alongside Sakumo. He becomes savage and wild when in thunderstorms, since thunderstorms makes him restless so he will shock anything and attack anything in sight when in savage mode. He is mischievous to some extent and can be lazy sometimes, he is fond of children and is perfectly happy to let Sakumo ride on him.

Abilities:
Raiju, being a beast of lightning is quite fast, faster than a human and certainly faster than a normal wolf. He have the ability to transform into other forms at wll according to the legends, such as a fox, weasel and cat so in other words, he doesn't just take the form of a wolf. Since he is of lightning-nature, he can be used to combine with water-element jutsus since the very footprints he leaves gives off sparks of electricity. Being of lightning nature, wood/earth-element jutsu is weak against him.

Description: True to the legends, Raiju have the ability to turn himself into a ball of lightning, granting him the ability fly as well to attack enemies from the air with lightning from the sphere to do moderate damage. The weaknesses of this technique is that it is more of a supplementary attack, not really suited for offence unless Raiju wants to distract or lure a enemy. .

This jutsu eats a D-rank amount of Chakra and deals moderate damage to the victim, meaning a bruise here and there but not severe enough to kill, just good enough to distract and lure.

However, the shield can defend against A-rank wood jutsus since wood element is weak against lightning, but with wind even a C-rank wind element can break the shield.

Weaknesses:
Any offensive wind-element jutsu that is above his rank can dispel his jutsus, any offensive A-rank wind element jutsu can dispel Raiju completely.

The shield can only defend against five non-wind (except for wood since wood is weak against him) jutsus that is above C-rank, anything above that will severely damage it to the point of breaking.

Despite having the ability to change form, this doesn't grant him any new jutsus or advantages such as altered speed or anything like that, it only serve as a distraction of sorts.

Hmm,, it sure does seem like one. I would like for you to actually make it a Jutsu, since that is what it is judging from the description.

Roar of thunder could use a bump in rank, I don't think a C-Ranked Jutsu could stop B-Ranked Jutsus. o-o

Lightning Bullet Barrage, you forgot to remove a part there. XD

And finally, that first jutsu needs a chakra cost per turn to maintain and the amount of damage which it deals if someone touches it.

But it says in the summon ranks and info that a S rank can only have 1 jutsu...unless I'm mistaken?

it says in summon ranks and info that a C-rank can only have 3 C ranks, that's why I made the jutsu C-rank
Also, the jutsu can only defend against B-rank that ISN'T wind but if you want me to downgrade the B-rank jutsu bit to just C-rank then sure

At any time you can buy more Jutsus for your summon just like you can buy jutsus for yourself. XD

And yeah, either decrease its power or bump it a rank.

Even thought Lok according norse myths is the father of Fenrir, he takes the form of a little wolf pup, on his head a strange wood-like horn spouts from his head and along his spine you can see rounded spikes, even though he resemble a direwolf he have small eagle-like wings, other than these strange traits the rest of his body very much resemble that of a baby wolf.

Personality: According to the myths, Loki was bound with the entails of his son the giant serpent by the gods and banished, he is the father of Hel of the underworld, the giant serpent and Fenrir the wolf lord. He is a trickster, he enjoys misleading people other than Sakumo, who by some whimsical urge has grown quite fond of the boy. He once despised the Gods for being arrogant but now? Well he utterly hates them to the core of his being for banishing him into this form, however over time he gradually altered his form so that no long looks like a fly. He is aware of the human's world events, and seems quite amused by them. He doesn't seem to have any preferences concerning who he would like people who summon to be like, in fact the tip he gives to those who want to summon him is "All you have to do is be a little more interesting."
