APPEARANCE DESCRIPTION:

Face/Hair style: Travis has the face of a young boy to despite his age. 22 is a young age still but due to his clan perks he has managed to keep this baby face for a long time. At first glance his face seems to appear very feminine, however this is because of how well he grooms himself. He has full lips, with a strong chin to complement it. In the eyes of most women he is a beautiful man. This often makes men wonder if he has a little sugar in his tank. (Wonder if he is gay.) Travis's hair is unique to him, no one has ever seen this hair style and he feels that it will be a trend someday. The mighty pompadour a hair style that some day will be looked upon as awesome. The hair is swept upwards from the face and worn high over the forehead, along with his hair being slicked back on the sides. His hair is jet black that has a purple tint to it in the sunlight. The possibility of this is because of the Gel he uses to make it rock solid.

Body composition: This man has the body of a Champion. Standing at 6 feet, weighing 200 pounds he is considered to be a hunk. He is built for combat, this is a trait that runs in his family. He is chiseled to perfection. This throws people off when ever looking at him, because most of the time he is wearing somewhat baggy clothes. On his left pectoral he carries the clan symbol under his shirt. His skin tone is that of a olive skin tone. This trait carried over from his mother's side of the family.

Clothing Style: Right here is what separates Travis and his bother Harley from a lot of other Shinobi. First of all, his clothing is made of a special high fire resistant material. This is because his body heat can easily burn off any clothes that he wears when things get tough. His external clothing is a two piece suit that is buttoned all the up to the chest. The lapels are pinned down by golden plated pendants. On the left side it is a T, above the T is a heart, and on the right its a Peace sign. On the collars of the jacket on both sides are anchors. The suit itself is a dark navy blue tone that turns black when his heat begans to climb higher than any human should be able to handle.

On each wrists he wears bracelets that have the village emblem on them. He prefers this over the nasty looking head bands others wear. These were given to him by his father as a graduation gift. Inside of the sandal shoes that leave his toes revealed he wears stylish, black boots with a wing tip. He has golden buckles on each shoe to keep them on. His pants are somewhat baggy and show on towards the bottom. His undershirt is a sleeveless black muscle shirt with the emblem in the center of the shirt. Because of his Jacket being open he wears the clan symbol with honor.

PERSONALITY DESCRIPTION:

A Blood Thirsty Hero: Even though he carries around a peace sign on his jacket, his definition of it is different. Being a sadistic blood thirsty killer is his way of getting to peace. Without fighting there can be no peace. Someone has to get their hands dirty when it comes to obtaining peace. He feels it's his job to take down those who would bring discord and chaos to the world. However, he will only kill the strong, only those who think they are elite killers. Under the blood that may stain his hands he has a greater reasoning for what he does.

I am still human: Even though he would openly take the life of someone he fights he still can be affected by the consequences of his actions. Taking a someone away from their family and bathing in their blood. He understands that what he does to people isn't nice, enjoying it is the only way to deal with the horrors and nightmares he inflicts on others.

There is some brain under all that hair: He has shown several times that he is intelligent and quick on the trigger when it comes to situations. In a world filled to the brim with killers you have to be smart. He tries to place himself at least three steps ahead of his target before making a move. He is witty, and creative at times. He has been known to sometimes get all poetic when confronting someone in a fight.

Hot Head: He has a few pet peeves that can drive him to unleash his Genkai quickly. I am just going to list them. Do not touch or talk badly about his hair unless you want to die. Do not talk badly about his family or clan, unless you want to die. A warrior who is a coward is only rewarded with a quick painful death.

Chivalry isn't dead: This guy is so polite to women its disgusting sometimes. Even in combat he shows manners to a woman. Don't take this lightly he won't kill a woman but he doesn't mind kicking the shit out of one that crosses the line.

Lazy but a Hard worker: It takes for someone to order him sometimes to get his ass moving. This is the sole reason he hasn't made it to Jounin level yet. Yet, when he gets on the job he makes sure its done right.

DREAMS AND NIGHTMARES: One of his biggest dreams would be to unite with his clans people. After the separation of his parents Travis ended up in Kirigakure. Another is to become stronger and maybe eventually become Mizukage or some head honcho somewhere calling the shots. He doesn't fear much, except for one thing. His brother dying before him. They have a unspoken agreement to get stronger and change the world.

HISTORY:

Birth/Early years

Travis was born in a Kumo hospital along with his twin brother Harley. The two brothers were born into the Hoshi No Kodomo clan. In other words the clan of the stars. The family was tight together and was happy. It was that picture perfect family until the boys reached about the age of ten. Their parents left Kumo after splitting up. This family that was so tight was split down the middle just like that. Harley and Mom went towards Suna. While Travis and his father went to Kiri. For reasons unknown to the children their parents had intentions to split up after a while. They only really stayed together because of them.

Travis and Harley made sure to stay in touch because they wanted to keep that strong bond. They made a promise to each other to get stronger and visit all the time. Not knowing that because their parents left Kumo they were labeled deserters, or 'Black Dwarves.' To the two boys they were just different from other kids because of the powers they possessed. Since Travis went with his father he adopted more of a harsh way of looking at things. He was considered to be a bully on the playground, yet he only fought kids who were bullies. He was just a better fighter by nature. Through the years before the academy he learned about how he was different. The reason for his clothes sometimes burning off because of his anger. He soon learned to control this power and keep it as a last resort.

At the age of 14 he began to study puppets and how they work. At the age of 15 he constructed his first puppet. 'Rampage' A puppet that was almost 7 foot tall and became his best friend. It was the thing that got him wear he is today. Over time they evolved together. Travis improved Rampage's capabilities and they would only become stronger together. Even though Rampage was just a puppet, Travis felt he had forged a family bond with him.

The academy was hard for Travis, it wasn't the fact he wasn't smart or slow. He never really worked with anyone outside of Rampage. So working with real people was something completely foreign to him. He was taught to only rely on family, no one else. Not to mention he was lazy at times which pissed a lot of teachers off. Yet he pushed forward and passed to Genin level.

Life as a growing Shinobi

Travis did several odd jobs growing up. This only made him even lazier for a time. The reason for this were the missions were terribly easy and offered no challenged. Especially with two other team members plus Rampage. On his off time he would travel to Suna to see his mother and brother. He was all about that growing bond between family members. A hard time for Travis was the Chunin exams, even though he was strong it was still hard for him. He did somethings that changed him forever. During those exams that’s when he killed his first person. Someone who was just as old as him. It came down to kill or be killed.

He passed the Chunin exams and displayed his skill as a Shinobi. Thats when he began to separate himself for other shinobi completely. The way he acted the way he looked, and even the way he fought. He wanted to be unique and even went to dye his hair black so he can be told apart from his twin. At the age of 21 he finally graduated to the next level. He became a Special Jounin, he felt obligated to teach others how to be strong. After being a Spec. Jounin for a year he has done a lot of training to improve himself and become a deadly force.

Not sure how you got Earth release while you started with Plasma. And I think Plasma is approval only meaning you should Pm its owner that being Suzaku.

Erm.. Not really. I'm not aware of the second part. You get the clan element then the two or one it is comprised of. There is never a technical 4th element in the deal.
